Ad units represent the spaces on your website or app where you want to show ads. You can define ad units by setting them with specific attributes you want your campaign to be served such as size of the ad, geolocation targeting, CPM rate, traffic sources, key values and more..
When you create an ad unit, Ad Manager generates a tag (a snippet of code) for each ad unit. This tag is then inserted into your webpage or app and when conditions are met with the attributes set, the ad will be successfully served.
Browsi Viewability Predictions
Browsi's Viewability Predictions lets publishers serve ads based on viewability predictions determined by the Browsi AI Engine. In order to activate this feature, you need to set specific key values on your ad unit in order for the AI to send requests with the targeted attributes.
Once the AI engine spots a potential ad that is about to be served it sends an ad call to your GAM with specific attributes. If the attributes match the ad unit created on your GAM account, that ad unit will be served on the page and location the AI predicted.
The feature is highly popular as you can configure and optimize your ad units in order to maximize CPM/RPMs and overall monthly revenues.
Setting Viewability Predictions
The only configuration you'll need to set is on your Google Ad Manager account.
Navigate to your Google Ad Manager > Key-values screen.
Create a new key
Set Name and Display name to "browsiViewability".
Set Value Type to"Predefined".
Set Report on values to "Include values in reporting & add key as custom dimension".
Create 11 Targeting values 0.00, 0.10, 0.20, 0.30, 0.40, 0.50, 0.60, 0.70, 0.80, 0.90, 1.00 and ‘NA’.
